As the Principal Architect and Director of Terra Leoria Architects Pty Ltd (TLA), Leon Granzien will Successfully Deliver an Attractive and Functional Building Design Solution for Your Next Project.
Having worked for over 25 years in both the Public and Private Building Sectors in Queensland, Leon has gained Significant and Relevant Experience in the Disciplines of Architecture and Project Management, and has a Proven Track Record to Deliver Building Projects.
While working with his Valued Client Partners as the Principal Consultant, Leon endeavours to Nurture Excellent Working Relationships between Project Sponsors and User Groups within Client Organisations, and then between these Client Representatives and the TLA Consultant Team working on his Building Projects.
This has resulted in Leon achieving a High Level of Client Satisfaction and Success in Meeting Time, Cost and Quality Targets on both Small and Significant Building Projects.

After departing Project Services, a business unit of The Department of Public Works and Housing, Leon established his Architectural Company, Terra Leoria Architects Pty Ltd (TLA), in 2013 on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. TLA can provide the full range of Architectural Services to their Client Partners; from the Preliminary-Concept Design, through to Schematic-Developed Design and Construction Documentation, and then to Construction Administration to complete the delivery and handover of the Building Project.
